Employability and Job Search Skills

This course focuses on developing employability skills for workplace efficiency and productivity. It covers self-management, interpersonal communication, safe work habits, leading a team, planning and organizing work, professional growth, workplace learning, problem solving, and ethical performance. Key resources include checklists, research tools, and machines. The unit includes nine learning outcomes with activities to demonstrate knowledge and skills. Assessment methods may include written tests, demonstrations, practical assignments, interviews, and case studies. Self-assessment is provided after each learning outcome. Holistic assessment with other relevant units is recommended.
